Course Description

Visual Basic 2010 has evolved since it's creation in 1964. BASIC, or Beginner's All-purpose Symbolic Instruction Code, was designed as an educational programming language for non-computer science students to learn how to program. Microsoft introduced Visual in 1991, which supported drag-and-drop form development and was available for DOS and Windows. In 2002 Visual Basic .NET which introduced object-oriented programming concepts.
